利用規約

本規約は、ENDS OFFICIAL FANCLUB 会員限定サイト「HEADS AREA」のご利用に関する基本事項を定めるものです。（English version follows below.）

1. 適用

本規約は、HEADS AREAを利用されるすべての会員に適用されます。

2. 会員資格・ID等の管理

  1. 会員は、自己の責任においてID・パスワードを適切に管理するものとします。
  2. ID・パスワードの第三者への譲渡、貸与、共有はできません。

3. コンテンツの取り扱い

  1. HEADS AREA上の文章、画像、サウンド、音声、動画、
    その他コンテンツの著作権は、V.V.M, LLC または正当な権利者に帰属し、知的財産法によって保護されています。
  2. これらを無断で複製、転載、配布、SNSや動画共有サイト等へアップロード（二次利用）することを固く禁じます。

4. 禁止事項

  1. 第三者、非会員へのID・パスワードの共有、貸与、譲渡
  2. 本サイト（HEADS AREA）上のすべてのコンテンツの共有・複製および公開行為
  3. 本サイトの運営を妨げる行為
  4. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為

5. サービス内容の変更・停止

V.V.M, LLC ／ ENDS OFFICIAL FANCLUBでは、
本規約違反が確認された場合、HEADS AREAへのログイン停止等の措置を行えるものとします。

6. 有効期限とログイン停止について

HEADS AREAの利用は、有効期限までとします。
有効期限は入会月に基づく固定型とし、更新手続きが行われた月にかかわらず、
更新を行った年の入会月の末日までとなります。
有効期限が超過した場合、順次、期限切れによるログイン停止措置を行うものとします。

7. 免責事項

本サイトからリンクする外部サイトの内容、サービス等について、V.V.M, LLC は責任を負いません。
また、本サイトの利用または利用不能により会員に生じた損害について、
V.V.M, LLC は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。

8. 転送サービスの利用

会員が転送サービスその他第三者が提供する配送代行サービスを利用する場合、
V.V.M, LLC は、日本国内の会員指定配送先への配送完了をもって発送義務を履行したものとします。
転送サービス利用後の紛失、破損、遅延、誤配送、関税その他これに関連して生じた損害について、
V.V.M, LLC は責任を負わないものとします。
また、転送サービスの利用に伴う費用およびリスクは、会員ご自身の負担とします。

9. 個人情報の取り扱い

会員の個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従うものとします。

10. 規約の変更

本規約は、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。
変更後の規約は、当サイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

11. お問い合わせ

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、 ENDS OFFICIAL FANCLUB までお願いいたします。

3. 第三者提供

入会金、年会費その他の決済は、PayPal等の外部決済サービスを利用して行われます。
当クラブは、会員のクレジットカード情報を直接取得または保管しません。

会員は、自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除等を求めることができます。

7. ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定される場合があります。
改定後の内容は、本サイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of “HEADS AREA,” the members-only site of the ENDS OFFICIAL FANCLUB.
(Please note that new membership applications are currently limited to residents of Japan.)

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all members who access or use HEADS AREA.

2. Membership and Account Management

  1. Members are responsible for keeping their IDs and passwords secure.
  2. Members may not transfer, lend, or share their IDs or passwords with any third party.

3. Content

  1. All text, images, audio, video, and other materials made available on HEADS AREA are owned by V.V.M, LLC or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. Reproducing, reposting, distributing, or uploading these materials anywhere, including to social media or video-sharing platforms, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Acts

  1. Sharing, lending, or transferring login credentials to third parties or non-members
  2. Sharing, reproducing, or publicly posting any content from HEADS AREA
  3. Interfering with the operation of this site
  4. Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws or generally accepted standards of conduct

5. Suspension of Access

V.V.M, LLC / ENDS OFFICIAL FANCLUB reserves the right to suspend access to HEADS AREA in the event of a violation of these Terms.

6. Membership Term and Suspension of Access

Members may access HEADS AREA through their membership expiration date.
Membership terms are based on the member's original enrollment month; regardless of when a renewal is completed, the next expiration date shall be the last day of that month in the year of renewal.
Access will be suspended after the expiration date.

7. Disclaimer

V.V.M, LLC is not responsible for the content, services, or other matters related to external websites linked from this site.
Furthermore, V.V.M, LLC shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Forwarding Services

If a member uses a third-party mail or package forwarding service, V.V.M, LLC shall be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligations upon successful delivery to the forwarding address designated by the member within Japan.
V.V.M, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, customs duties, taxes, or any other issues arising after the item has been delivered to the designated forwarding address.
Any costs and risks associated with the use of such forwarding services shall be borne solely by the member.

9. Personal Information

The handling of members’ personal information shall be governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be revised as necessary.
Any revisions will take effect upon being posted on this site.
